76th Independence day celebrations were held at College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar in a grand note. On the occasion, Dr C. Narendra Reddy, the Associate Dean, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar has garlanded the portraits of freedom fighters, paid floral tributes and hoisted the national flag. While addressing the gathering, the Associate Dean has briefed about the contributions of foredoom fighters to emancipate the country from the clutches of foreign hands. He also said that, India has made huge progress in various fronts in these 75 years and said that, in pursuance of the instructions from the government, the college has been celebrating the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations in view of 75 years of its independence and glorious journey to the path of progressiveness. All the faculty, non teaching staff, students were present on the occasion paid floral tributes to the freedom fighters and participated in the independence day celebrations.
