Counselling for admissions into government and private agricultural polytechnics commenced at Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU), Hyderabad on 11-07-2019. The admission process was inaugurated by University Registrar,Dr. S. Sudheer Kumar and first seat was allotted to Sathwika, who opted for three-year Agricultural Engineering Polytechnic.

Interacting with students, Registrar explained about jobs and higher education opportunities available after completing the two-year agri. diploma. The officials clarified that two-year diploma course was not equivalent to Intermediate. He advised students to visit the University website https://pjtsau.edu.in/ for updates regarding seats in diploma programmes in agriculture and agricultural engineering. It will be updated every evening on days of counselling.
