Hon’ble Vice - Chancellor’s visit to Agricultural College, Warangal on December 28th 2018

On 28-12-2018 Hon’ble Vice – Chancellorof PJTSAU Dr. V. Praveen Rao,and Dr. R. Jagadeshwar, Director of Research, PJTSAU visited Agricultural College, Warangal for inauguration of newly constructed girls hostel building and dining hall for B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture students and a modular seed storage facility of RARS, Warangal. Dr. P. Raghu Rami Reddy, ADR &Associate Dean, Agricultural College, Warangal welcomed Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor and Director of Research and briefed about the college activities and accompanied them in monitoring civil works undergoing in the campus. After this ceremony, Dr. Praveen Rao interacted with the students and enquired about the problems if any, they are facing. Followed by that he also interacted with the faculty of Agricultural college, Warangal and scientists of RARS, Warangal. He inspired them to work together in harmony to create wonders. He also advised that all the major centres like Regional Agricultural Research stations of Warangal, Jagtial and Palem along with RS & RRS Rudrur and Karimnagar to compulsorily think of developing infrastructure for Bio-fertilizer unit, Vermicompost unit, soil and water analysis facilities. Dr. R. Jagadeshwar, Director of Research, PJTSAU informed to the house that university has given fund to everyone, whoever came up with a proposal to encourage research and promised scientists that university is ready to provide anything for research that aimed at problems of the state. Dr. Raghu Rami Reddy expressed his sincere thanks to administration for deploying very good faculty members and informed that the results and student feedback was really satisfactory.
