Hon’ble Vice - Chancellor’s visit to Kakatiya University, Warangal on December 28th 2018

On 28-12-2018,Hon’ble Vice – Chancellorof PJTSAU Dr. V. Praveen Rao,accompanied by Dr. R. Jagadeshwar, Director of Research, PJTSAU attended a National seminar on “ Recent Trends in Plant Disease Management” held at University senate hall of Kakatiya university organized jointly by Indian Phytopathological Society (central zone ), IARI, New Delhi and Department of Microbiology, Kakatiya university, Warangal and delivered keynote address entitled “Farmers and the Agriculture of Tomorrow: Opportunities & Pathways for Transformation”. Dr. P. Raghu Rami Reddy, Associate Dean, Agricultural College, Warangal along with Dr. A. Venkat Reddy, Professor (Entomology) from Agricultural College, Warangal received and gave a warm welcome to Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor.Dr. K. Purushotham Registrar, Kakatiya University welcomed the guests for the inauguration ceremony of seminar and briefed about their activities. The faculty members Dr. N.SandhyaKishore and Smt. K. Gopika have taken, first year B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture students of Agricultural College, Warangal for their participation in the seminar.
