Agricultural College, Sircilla - Achievements of the College

Dr. ARUNBABU TALLA, Assistant Professor (Agronomy), Agricultural College Sircilla participated in National Level Essay Competition organized by Bhartiya Kisan Sangh (BKS) in collaboration with Bhartiya Agro Economic Research Center (BAERC) & Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) on the topic “Role of Indian livestock in agricultural sustainability” and he stood First rank in Category - C (Young faculty members/scientists, Age limit upto 40 years). He was felicitated with a citation and cash prize (Rs. 21,000) on 22nd July, 2022 during the International Conference held from 22-23rd July, 2022 at National Agricultural Science Complex (NASC) of ICAR. He also delivered a talk on the same topic during the technical Session-III on 22nd July, 2022. As part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav Ms. Pogakula Shravani of IV year student of Agricultural College, Sircilla has won the award in the state level essay writing competition on “India @ centenary year of Independence - My vision” presented by the Hon’ble Governor at Raj Bhavan, Hyderabad on 15th August, 2022
