Acharya Kothapalli Jayashankar 90th birth anniversary was celebrated at Agricultural College, Warangal on 06-08-2023. The Associate Dean Dr. M. Balram garlanded the protrait of Acharya Kothapalli Jayashankar & paid floral tribute. He addressed the gathering about the eminent role played by Professor Jayashankar in the Telangana State formation and he also said that he was a leading ideologue of the Telangana movement. He mentioned that the Government of Telangana honored him by changing the name of ANGRAU to Professor Jayashanka Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU). All the teaching, non-teaching staff and students of Agricultural College, Warangal participated in the programme and paid floral tributes to Acharya Kothapalli Jayashankar.
