Telangana Rashtra Avatarana Dashabdi Utsavalu is celebrated at Agricultural College, Warangal on 02.06.2023. Associate Dean, Dr. M. Balram unfurled the National flag and offered floral tributes to Prof. Jayashankar, Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and Babu Jagjivan Ram. The programme is followed by playing of Telangana song- Jaya jayahe Telangana, university song and speeches of faculty members on the importance of the day. Later, Associate Dean briefed about the Telangana agitation for 3 main causes namely equal distribution of water resources, budget allocation and employment opportunities in non-violent manner. He inspired the students to take the responsibility of attaining prosperity in Agriculture with the vision of building Golden Telangana. All the teaching, non-teaching staff and students have attended the programme and made it a grand success. The programme was ended with dance performance by first year students and distribution of sweets among the gathering.
