An Interactive session on planning for life and health insurance at Agricultural College, Warangal on 31-01-2020

An interactive session on planning for life and health insurance based on one’s career life cycle was organized at Agricultural College, Warangal on 31.01.2020. Mr. Satya Sridhar Garimella, Chartered Accountant & Mrs. Raja Rajeshwari. G , Insurance Advisor have participated as resource persons and enlightened the participants on various health and life insurance related issues. A power point presentation was made covering the purpose and underlying philosophy of Insurance coverage. Amount of insurance coverage that should be opted for was discussed. Different financial risks of losing the family’s bread earner were discussed. Different Insurance plans were discussed with their appropriateness under different circumstances. Losing savings due to health problems was also discussed. Risk mitigation with proper insurance planning under different circumstances was enumerated. This programme was conducted at Seminar Hall, RARS, Warangal. Associate Dean, Dr.T.Ramesh & Faculty of Agricultural College, Warangal and Scientists from RARS participated in the programme.
