Agriculture Polytechnic, Tornala celebrated 7th annual day on 21-05-2022

College Day celebrations were held on the evening of 21-05-2022 at Agricultural Polytechnic, Tornala. Dr. Jella Satyanarayana, Dean of Students Affairs, PJTSAU was the chief guest on the occasion and directed the students who are completing their diploma. Dr. G. Padmaja, Director (Polytechnics), Shri Shiva Prasad, District Agriculture Officer, Siddipet and Dr. R. Uma Reddy, Associate Director of Research, Central Telangana Zone were the special guests at the event and urged the students to make their efforts available to the farmers at the village level and provide necessary technical assistance. On this occasion the college magazine- SASYA THORANAM-2022 was released by the dignitaries. As part of the program, Dr.S. Sridevi, Principal, presented about the activities of the students and the various programs undertaken by the college during the year 2021-22. Prizes were given on the occasion to the students who showed talent in various aspects. College teachers Dr. Srinivas and Sri. A. Satish, DATTCC scientists Sri. Vijay and Dr.Pallavi, Dr Sainath and Dr. Swetha scientists of ARS, Tornala, along with non-teaching staff, Tornala village elders, Sri. Y. Devayya, Sarpanch, Seripalli Yadagiri, Vice MPP, ward members and others were present on the occasion.
