ARS, Tornala Organised Exposure Visit to Input Dealers on 05-09-2024

As part of a one-year diploma course the agricultural input dealers, visited the Agricultural Research Station (ARS), Tornala on Thursday to study various soil & water conservation and nutrient management practices. Dr S. Sridevi, Principal Scientist and Head, ARS, Tornala educated them on various aspects of nutrient management. She has also explained about the various ongoing programs in the research station and provided exposure visit to the farm ponds where rainwater is harvested , stored and used for supplemental irrigation. About 33 input dealers from different villages of Siddipet district participated in the event.
