Conducted Awareness cum Demonstration on Green manure crop preceding to Rice at Boraipalem village by KVK, Kampasagar on 01-07-2020

Awareness programme cum demonstration in Cluster fields on sowing of Dhaincha preceding to Rice was conducted by KVK, Kampasaagar at Boraipalem on 01.07.2020. Dr. M. A. Aariff Khan, Programme Coordinator briefed about the importance and insisted to grow green manure crop Daincha preceding Kharif Rice. Dr.T.Bharath, SMS (Crop Production) explained about incorporation of green manure crops helps in enrichment of soil fertility and organic matter and reduction of chemical fertilizer in Rice. A.Saikiran, SMS (Agromet), K. Shiva Sai Kumar (Agromet Observer), K.Srinivas (Programme Assistant), Smt Venkatamma (Sarpanch) and 20 farmers were participated.
