Awareness programme on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at work place conducted at Agricultural College, Polasa, Jagtial on 08-12-2023

Agricultural College, Polasa, Jagtial has organized “Awareness programme on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at work place” on 8th December, 2023 under the directions received from the Director of NSS, GOI, New Delhi regarding Observation of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Prevention Week from 4th to 9th December 2023. Dr. Bharati Narayan Bhat, Associate Dean addressed the gathering. On this occasion Sri D. Ranga Reddy, DSP Cyber security, Jagtial Dist. attend as a chief guest of the programme and explained in detail about various online and social media frauds to the students. Sri Venkateswarlu, CCS-Inspector, Sri Srinivasulu, CCS-Inspector, Sri Arif Alikhan, CI-Jagtial Rural and she team officer Ms. Sowjanya has sensitised awareness to NSS volunteers, students and teachers regarding various acts and punishments for sexual harrasement. Dr. K. Jhasnsi Rani, Incharge Women protection cell NSS PO’s Dr. T. Yella Goud, Dr. V. Ratnakar and Er. G. Pragna has organized the programme and teaching, non-teaching staff and all students of Agricultural College attended the programme.
