Awareness programme on soil test-based fertilizer recommendations and distribution of Soil Health Cards (SHC)” at adopted village, Allipoor, Jagtial on 05-08-2023
- Regional Agricultural Research Station, Polasa, Jagtial organized awareness programme on soil test-based fertilizer recommendations and distribution of Soil Health Cards (SHC) to 80 farmers at Rythuvedika, Allipoor, Raikal (M), Jagtial (D) on 05.08.23.
- Dr. P. Ravi, Scientist (SSAC) briefed about importance of soil health cards and usage at farmer’s level. He also briefed the application of fertilizers based on soil test recommendations in different crops.
- Dr. S. Omprakash, Scientist (Entomology) briefed the pest and disease management practices in paddy, maize and turmeric crops.
- Dr. D. A. Rajini Devi, Scientist (Ag. Economics) & In-charge of adopted village created awareness on Agri infrastructure fund.
- Later, Soil Heath Cards were distributed to the farmers.
- In this programme, Dr. D. A. Rajini Devi, Scientist (Ag. Economics), i/c of adopted village, Dr. P. Ravi, Scientist (SSAC), Dr. S. Omprakash, Scientist (Entomology), P. Sumalatha, A.E.O., Sri. Gangareddy, Sarpanch, Sri. Venkateshwarlu, MPTC, Sri. P. Satyam, RBS coordinator and nearly 80 farmers were participated.
