Celebrations of National Youth Day at Agricultural College, Jagtial on 12.01.2022

On the occasion of birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, National Youth Day was celebrated at Agricultural College, Jagtial. Associate Dean, Agricultural College, Jagtial, teaching and non-teaching staff and students paid floral tributes to Swami Vivekananda in remembrance of his motivation to youth of the country. Associate Dean, Agricultural College addressed the gathering about the achievements of Swami Vivekananda and motivated students to set the goals to achieve success in the life. Dr. O. Sampath, OiSA addressed the students about how students can contribute in development of society. Dr. D. Karthik, NSS programme Officer addressed the students about importance of youth in Nation Building. Associate Dean, Agricultural College, Jagtial distributed prizes to students who participated in essay writing and elocution competitions organized at College level on 03.01.2022. After distribution of prizes Mr. A. Uma Rajashekhar, NSS Programme Officer presented Vote of Thanks. Teaching staff Dr. K. Chandra Shekhar, Dr. V. Ratnakar, Dr. P. Arun Kumar, Dr. T. Yella Goud and non teaching staff attended the programme. After the programme the teaching and non teaching staff and students attended the inauguration programme of National Youth Festival by Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
