Celebration of United Nations Agri Observance Day on 23rd October, 2021
The United Nations Agri Observance Day, earmarked on 24th October 2021 was organized in the College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar on 23rd October 2021. Dr. C.Narendra Reddy, Associate Dean presided over this online event conducted through Cisco Webex platforma and briefed the participants on the importance of the UN Agri Observance Day and called upon the student community to play a greater role in agriculture development in their own capacities especially in fighting against global hunger. On this occasion, competitions in the categories of essay writing, poster making and elocution were held to the under graduate and post graduate students. In this event 7 students in Poster making, 12 students in Essay writing and 7 students in Elocution competition have participated.
