CONDUCTED VIRTUAL TOUR OF SMC COLLEGE OF DAIRY SCIENCE, ANAND AT COLLEGE OF FOOD SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, RUDRUR ON 07-02-20222

The College of Food Science and Technology, Rudrur conducted virtual tour of SMC College of Dairy Science, Kamdhenu University, Anand, Gujarat at 5.15pm to 6.30pm to III year students of B. Tech (Food Technology) as part of course COCA-301 (Student READY-Industrial Tour). Mr. Chetan Dharaiya. Assistant Professor has participated as resource person from SMC College of Dairy Science, Anand. This programme was started with welcome speech of Er. G. Rajender, Asst. Professor, Department of FDPE. Followed by Mr. Chetan Dharaiya. Assistant Professor explained all the facilities in the college and showed various technologies and products developed by the institute. During the visit, he has shown various departments of the institute and department wise available equipments like centrifuge, hot air oven, cheese stretch tester, texture analyzer, plate reader etc. Later on students were interacted with Mr. Chetan Dharaiya and gained knowledge on different dairy products developed by their institute. Finally this programme was concluded with with vote of thanks by Er. G. Rajender, Asst. Professor, CFST, Rudrur. Associate Dean Dr. R. Swamy, all teaching staff and student of II & III year B. Tech (Food Technology) were participated in this programme.
