Cotton stalks Shredder and Soil samples collected for FLD on STCR based fertilization in Cotton in Duggepally by KVK,Kampasagar on 10-06-2021

Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Kampasagar demonstrated On Farm Testing (OFT) on Cotton shredder and FLD on STCR fertilization in Cotton and created Awareness on incorporation of Cotton stubbles with Cotton Shredder at farmer field, Duggepally, Tripuraram, Nalgonda district on 10.06.2021. Dr. Shankaraiah, Programme Coordinator, KVK, Kampasagar explained importance of Cotton shredder and Soil Test based fertilizer application. Dr.T. Bharath, Scientist (Crop Production), KVK, Kampasagar created awareness on incorporation of Cotton stalks by Cotton Shredder and soil sample collection for STCR based fertilization in Cotton and briefed about incorporation of cotton stalks into the soil will improve the organic carbon content besides minimize the pink boll worm incidence in ensuing period. In this demonstration 20 farmers were participated.
