DAATTC,Karimnagar organized Awareness programme on Role of Pulses, Production Technolgy in Sustainable Agriculture on the occassion of World Pulses Day celebrations at Mamidipally, Konaraopeta,Rajanna Sircilla Dt. 10-02-21. Sri.K.Shekar,Scientist ( Crop Production) & Coordinator has explained the nutritional values of pulses, importance of pulses in daily needs, varietal characters of PJTSAU released promising varieties like Yadadri, Ekashila, Rudreshwara,Warangal Kandi-1,Telangana Kandi, Hanuma etc. Suitables varieties under summer pulses, value added products from pulses were explained in detail. MAO, Konaraopeta, Smt.Venkatravamma has explained the market demand, seed availability details. on this occassion on World Pulses day falicitated Sri.Srinivas Garu, Pulses growing Progressive Farmer.In in this programme Predident of Adarsha Rythu Sangam, Directors, Progressive farmers,President Vemula Venu garu, farmers of the village, AEO, Padma & RSS coordinator were participated.
