DAATTC, Tornala organised “Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA)” along with RAWEP students on 28-03-2022 at Bayyarm and Dharmareddipalle village of Siddipet District

Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) is a methodological approach that is used to enable farmers to analyse their own situation and to develop a common perspective on natural resource management and agriculture at village level. It is an assessment and learning process that empowers farmers to create the information base they need for participatory planning and action. Outsiders contribute facilitation skills and external information and opinions. As a part of Rural Agricultural Working Experience Programme (RAWEP), DAATTC, Tornala organised “Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA)” along with RAWEP students at Bayyaram and Dharmareddipalle villages of Gajwel mandal in Siddipet District. Sarpanch, Bayyram – M. Srinivas Reddy, DAATT Centre Coordinator – Sri. J. Vijay, Dr. Ch. Pallavi, Scientist (CP), Dr. E. Srinivas, Professor, APT, Tornala and 37+19 farmers have participated.
