DAATTC, Tornala participated in Agriculture department Stall at Integrated Collector complex, Medak on 02.06.2023

On Telangana Formation day (02.06.2023), Dr. Ch. Pallavi, Scientist (CP), DAATTC, Tornala participated in Agriculture Department, Medak stall at Parade grounds at Integrated Collector Complex, Medak. We displayed two crops viz., rice (JGL-24423; KNM-118, KNM-1638, WGL-962, WGL-44) and redgram (WRGE-97) seed for display along with the seedlings. We also displayed seed boxes of paddy (JGL-24423; KNM-118, WGL-32100, WGL-962, Siddi, KNM-1638), Redgram (WRGE-97, WRGE-93, WRG-65, PRG-176), green gram (WGG-42), green manure (Sunhemp, Crotalaria), Soybean (Basar, JS-335), Maize (DHM-117, DHM-121, Karimnagar makka). We also displayed redgram seed (WRGE-97) for sale in stall. About 1100 farmers from all over the Medak district participated in the meeting. Sri. Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Minister for Animal Husbandary, Fisheries and Cinematography visited the Agriculture department stall and seen the different flagship programmes of Agriculture & University technologies displayed in the stall.
