Distribution of Redgram Seed (Warangal Kandi-WRGe 97 a Wilt tolerance variety) to Farmers under Cluster Front line Demonstration (CFLD) by KVK, Kampasagar

Distribution of Redgram Seed (Warangal Kandi - WRGe 97 a Wilt tolerance variety) to Farmers was taken up by KVK, Kampasagar on 25.06.2020 in NFSM Programme under CFLD. Low yields recorded in Asha variety grown in farmers’ fields due to more incidence of Wilt disease during kharif 2019. To over the problem, Warangal Kandi variety was distributed in Kharif 2020. Briefed about importance and benifits of Seed treatment. CFLD Pulses i/c Dr.M. Shankar SMS (Plant Protection) KVK, Kampasagar, G. Narendar DAATTC Coordinator Nalgonda, Smt. V. Kavitha, Village Sarpanch, Mandal Raithu Bandu President, AEO Ashok and 15 Farmers were participated.
