Distribution of Drum Seeders to Beneficiaries of Tribal Farmers Under Tribal Sub Plan (TSP) at KVK, Kampasagar on 04-09-2020

Drum Seeder as physical asset (6 No.) were distributed to beneficiaries of Tribal men and women farmers of Kapuvarigudem, Seethya thanda, Palugu thanda and Dubba thanda of Tribal Villages in Nalgonda District by Dr. M.A. Aariff Khan, Programme Coordinator, KVK, Kampasagar under Tribal Sub Plan (TSP) on 04.9.2020. The purpose of giving Drum Seeder device is to promote the direct seeding technology, avoiding nursery, transplanting and saving cost of cultivation. One Drum Seeder device is allotted to 6 Farmers as unit in each Tribal village. The Drum Seeder is affordable cost (Rs.5000/- one) easy to operate by single person without any fuel use and 0.75 acre area is covered in one hour.
