Celebration of Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Jayanthi on 14.04.2022 at RARS, Jagtial

Celebrated 131st birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar on 14.04.2022 at RARS, Polasa, Jagtial. Dr. B. Srinivas, Scientist (Plant Breeding), RARS, Polasa, Jagtial, garlanded and paid floral tributes to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. In this programme teaching, non teaching staff and APT, Students have participated and offered floral tributes to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. On this occasion all the teaching, non teaching staff and APT, Jagtial, Students delivered informative speech on life history of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and also highlighted his achievements and contributions. Emphasized on protests against social injustices faced by people belonging to backward castes in India. In this programme scientists Dr. S. Omprakash, Scientist (Entomology), Dr. P. Ravi, Scientist (Soil Science), Dr. N. Balram, Scientist (Plant Pathology) and Dr. P. Madhukar, Scientist (Plant Breeding), all non teaching staff and APT, Students have participated.
