Extension Education Institute, Hyderabad has organized a Content Development Workshop for the training programmes of the Annual Training Calendar for the year 2025-26 on 11th February, 2025 at EEI, Hyderabad. Speaking on the occasion, Dr.M.Yakadri, Director of Extension, PJTAU, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad emphasized the need to look at the issues of Climate change, application of Artificial Intelligence, and digital interventions, achieving Sustainable Development Goals and aim to increase the profits in agri and allied sectors in designing the content for the training programmes of EEI, Hyderabad. Dr.M.Jagan Mohan Reddy, Director, EEI, Hyderabad said that, the dispensation at the center mainly focusing on creation of robust digital public infrastructure, agri stack, promoting natural farming, alternate energy sources, dhan-dhanya krishi yojana, atmanirbharta in Pulses, credit guarantee fund for MSMEs and Startups, fund of funds for startups, PM Gati Shakti portal will provide access to relevant data and maps to further PPPs and assist the private sector in project planning, mission karmayogi, etc. The philosophy and objectives of these interventions may be considered in designing the content for the training programmes. Dr. S.Chandrasekhar, Professor, EEI, Hyderabad welcomed the delegates to the workshop. During the workshop, the discussion was mainly focused on addition of the topics on Biochar is a charcoal-like material made from biomass, such as wood, plant waste, or manure.
