Programme on “Food Based Enterprise Establishment technologies” at KVK, Palem on 21.09.2023

KVK, Palem Inaugurated Three days Skill Development Training Programme on “Food Based Enterprise Establishment technologies” at KVK, Palem village, Bijinepally Mandal, Nagarkurnool dist. on 21.09.2023. Dr. T. Prabhakar Reddy, Programme Coordinator, KVK, Palem emphasized the importance of skill development programs and explained about the necessity of agro and food-based enterprise establishment to achieve the economic sustainability to the beneficiaries. Mrs E. Jyoshna SMS (Home Science) explained about the need and importance of reaching the nutritional needs and economic security through the enterprise establishment. Emphasized about the identifying the local resources to create the value chain and encouraged towards the establishment of farm gate processing centers for value addition in order to get the products with effordable costs. Demonstrated the jowar murukku processing explained about the efficient usage of available funds for self employment establishment through enterprises. Enlighted about the need and importance of good packaging with the suitable brand registration and fssai licence, strategies to compete with the existing products in the market. In this program Mr. Srinivasulu (APD, DRDA & Unnati project Nodal officer), Dr. T. Prabhakar Reddy, PC, KVK, Palem, Mr. Sudhakar (DPM & Jobs district manager), Mrs E. Jyoshna SMS (Home Science) and 82 MGNREGS trainees of Nagarkurnool district have participated.
