Guest lecture on awareness among young women generation on PCOS by Women Protection cell, Agricultural College, Warangal on 12-11-2021
Women Protection cell of Agriculture college, Warangal has organized a guest lecture –“Awareness among young women generation on Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)” on 12.11.2021 in virtual mode through ciscowebex platform. The programme was initiated by Associate Dean, Dr. M. Balram by giving introductory remarks about the guest speaker.The lecture was delivered by Dr.Adaboina Anitha (MBBS, MS (OBG), FMAS, FRM) who is working as a fertility consultant at Laxmi Narasimha hospital, Warangal. She explained elaborately about the cause, symptoms, precautions to be taken to overcome it and the measures to be followed such as regular exercise, healthy diet etc. Teaching and non-Teaching staff of both Agriculture College and RARS, Warangal and 110 girl students have attended the programme.
