Inauguration of GC-MS/MS by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, PJTSAU at AINP on Pesticide Residues, Rajendranagar on 19-09-2020

A high end equipment GC-MS/MS which was recently procured at Pesticide Residues Laboratory, Rajendranagar was inaugurated by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor PJTSAU, Dr. V. Praveen Rao garu on 19-09-2020. The equipment is useful in detecting and estimating residues (Nano gram level) of highly volatile and thermally stable pesticides in fresh Agricultural Produce (fruits, vegetables, cereals and pulses) after validating the methods. The inaugural programme was attended by Director of Research, PJTSAU Dr. R. Jagadeeshwar garu, Director (P & M Cell) Dr. V. Anitha and Principal Scientist & Head Dr. G. Sridevi and staff of AINP on Pesticide Residues.
