Inauguration of RO water plant at Agriculture College, Jagtial on 17th September, 2022.

A purified drinking water facility, Reverse Osmosis (RO) water plant set up at Agricultural College, Jagtial by Coromandel International Ltd. was formally inaugurated by Sri G. V. Subba Reddy, Vice President (Marketing), Coromandel International Ltd and Member, Academic Council of PJTSAU along with Dr. S. Narender Reddy, Associate Dean, Agricultural College, Jagtial on Saturday i.e. 17th September, 2022. Dr. S. Narender Reddy, Associate Dean thanked the Coromandel International Company for donating the RO water plant to provide continues drinking water supply to the students and staff of the college and further explained about the Academic activities of college. Sri G.V. Subba Reddy interacted with the students and informed above the services that are being provided by Coromandel International to the farm solutions to improve productivity and benefitting the farmers. He said that Coromandel was actively engaged with the students of agriculture colleges and scientists to find solutions to the field problem. Further encouraged the agriculture students to get more practical exposure by interacting with the farmers and about products including the latest molecules. He told the students to focus on increasing productivity, quality along with farm mechanization and the use of artificial intelligence and digital technology in Agriculture. Mr. J Sajan Kumar, Senior Zonal Manager, Coromandel, Dr. T. Sudhakar Reddy, Divisional Agronomist, Coromandel, Teaching staff of Agricultural College participated in the programme.
