Inauguration of Pulses Seed Processing Plant at RARS, Warangal on 13-08-2020

Pulses seed processing plant was inaugurated by Dr. P. Jagan Mohan Rao, Principal scientist (Pulses) and Associate Director of Research, RARS, Warangal at Regional Agricultural Research Station, Warangal on 13.08.2020. The processing plant established with a cost of Rs. 13 lakhs has a capacity of one ton per hour and would improve the quality of pulses produce generated under the seed hub programme of the station. With this, RARS Warangal is equipped with processing plants of both paddy and pulses, which are the mandate crops of the station. RARS Warangal is pioneer research station in seed production both at the station and through outsourcing basis in both these crops in the Central Telangana Zone.
