Training Programme on “Integrated Fish cum Poultry Farming” under Tribal Sub-Plan (TSP) 2020-21 at KVK, Bellampalli on 06-10-2020"

KVK Bellampalli Mancherial organized the training programme on “Integrated Fish cum Poultry Farming” on 06.10.2020 at Komatichenu village of Kasipet mandal, Mancherial District under Tribal Sub-Plan (TSP) 2020-21. Dr. M. Rajeshwar Naik, Programme Coordinator, KVK Mancherial briefed the men and women farmers about the importance of Agri allied sectors, rearing of fish, fishery products their nutrition and backyard poultry farming by keeping in view of doubling the farmers income in rural areas. Sri R. Mahesh Kumar, SRF (Fisheries) explained about better management practices in fish culture, different types of fish species which are growing in Telangana, feed management and disease management. Later, Dr. Shivakrishna Kota, SMS (Agricultural Extension) explained to the fish farmers regarding the formation of FPO’s. For this programme, Ramatenki Srinivas, Sarpanch, Durgam Mohan, Rythu Bandhu Samithi convener and 30 No. of farmers were participated.
