Van Mahotsav 2024 at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bellampalli, Mancherial on 09-08-2024

Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bellampalli, Mancherial has organized ‘Van Mahotsav 2024’ within the premises of KVK Bellampalli Institution cum Instructional farm on 09.08.2024. Programme Coordinator along with all the staff (Teaching and Non- Teaching) of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bellampalli, Mancherial were participated in this programme. Programme Coordinator welcomed the chief guest Sri. R. Mahender, MPDO, Bellamapalli and Sri.CH. Durga prasad, Special Officer, Bellampalli and explained in brief about the main objective of Van Mahotsav is to promote the conservation and protection of forests and to create awareness about the importance of trees in maintaining ecological balance and ensuring environmental stability. As part of the programme, 50 Lime and 50 Custard apple saplings were planted. In this programme KVK Scientists Dr. Shivakrishna Kota, Programme Coordinator, Dr. G.
