Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhadadri Kothagudem has conducted a Training programme on “Commodity Interest Groups (CIG’s)” at Raithuvedika, Chandrugonda village & mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem district on 04.02.2022. Dr. R. Vishwatej, SMS (Extension) has spoken about concept benefits and opportunities of Commodity Interest Groups (CIG’s) for farmers, farm women and rural youth for establishment of Agricultural based enterprises. He also explained about schemes and subsidies of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), ATMA for promotion of various commodity interest groups (CIGs). In this programme a total of 31 farmers and farmwomen along with Agricultural officers and sarpanch have participated.
