Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhadradri Kothagudem has conducted field visit in Sujathanagar Mandal of Bhadradri Kothagudem District on 04.06.2024

Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhadradri Kothagudem diagnostic team has visited the OFT and FLD implementing farmers’ fields of Sujathanagar Mandal Bhadradri Kothagudem District on 04.06.2024. The committee lead by Dr. V. L. Narayanamma (Programme Coordinator) with Dr. R. Srinivasa Rao, SMS (Crop Production), B. Shiva, SMS (Horticulture) along with farmers, visited the cotton, Maize and Chilli nurseries. Observed the infestation of FAW in Maize, leafhopper infestation in cotton. Suggested to spray thiodicarb @ 300g/acre and Neem oil 1500 ppm @ 1 lit/acre respectively.
