Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhadradri Kothaguddem has conducted Parthenium awareness campaigning at Pathanjanapuram Village, Sujathanagar Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem on 19.08.2022 as a part of Parthenium awareness week from 6th – 22nd August, 2022. In this programme Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhadradri Kothagudem Programme Coordinator, Dr. V. Lakshmi Narayanamma has explained about integrated weed management in parthenium and suggested about seasonal weed management and explained about cleanliness around fields and on field bunds to decrease pest disease inoculum and alternate host. In this programme Dr. R. Viswatej, SMS (Extension), Mr. B. Shiva, SMS(Horticulture), KVK Staff and local farmers were participated in the programme.
