KVK, Bhadradri Kothagudem conducted Training programme on “Integrated crop management practices in groundnut cultivation” at Bhadradri Kothagudem district on 14-03-2024

Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhadradri Kothagudem has conducted training programme on “Integrated crop management practices in groundnut cultivation” at Chunchupally Village, Chunchupally Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District on 14.03.2024. In this programme Dr. V. Lakshmi Narayanamma, Programme Coordinator addressed the farming community on Integrated pest and disease management practices on groundnut. Dr. R. Srinivasa Rao, SMS(Crop Production) explained in detail about the package of practices in groundnut cultivation like time of showing, seed rate, nutrient management weed management and integrated nutrient management practices. Dr. S. Naveen Kumar, SMS (Extension) elaborated various ICT tools and its application in agriculture information development and its utility to the end users. In this programme Mr. B. Shiva, SMS (Horticulture), B. Rajeswari (A.O), Mamatha (AEO), and a total of 50 progressive farmer were participated and interacted with scientists.
