Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhadradri Kothagudem has conducted training programme on “Scientific Bee Keeping” at KVK, Kothagudem from 24.01.2023 to 25.01.2023. In this programme Dr. V. Lakshmi Narayanamma, Programme Coordinator has welcomed the dignitaries and trainees and explained about the activities and achievements of KVK and the agenda of training programme. Dr. R. Srinivas Rao, SMS (Crop Production) has welcomed the dignitaries and trainees and explained about the activities and achievements of KVK and the agenda of training programme. Mr. B. Shiva, SMS (Horticulture) had spoken about the changing lifestyles and increasing demand for nutritive and healthy food products among which honey takes the prime position. As a part of the training programme schedule participants were provided with one day exposure visit to Singareni collaries area at Rudrampur, all the participants have visited the live Honeybee boxes installed in the park. Dr.R.Vishwatej SMS(Extension) Concluded the inaugural session with formal vote of thanks. In this programme a total 25 numbers attended the training session.
