Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Malyal organized training programme on micronutrient management in Paddy on 30.12.2022

Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Malyal organized a training programme on “micronutrient management in Paddy” on 30.12.2022 at Kommulavancha, Narsimhulapeta mandal Mahabubabad district. Sri. B.Kranthi Kumar SMS (Crop production), explained about the importance of fertilizers in Yasangi paddy and he also explained the role of micro nutrients like Zinc and Iron in paddy. Later he explained about management practices and nutrient management in paddy and pulse crops like green gram, black gram and cowpea. During this programme, Dr. Kishore Kumar SMS (Extension), explained about KVK activities and mandate. Later, Sri B.Ramakrishna, Agriculture Officer, Narsimhulapeta, participated in programme and addressed the gathering and advised farmers to incorporate crop residues in the soil after harvesting and he also explained the importance of Phosphorus solubilising bacteria in paddy. 40 no. of farmers participated in this programme.
