KVK Nizamabad (Rudrur) – Celebration of International Women’s Day on 08-03-2022

KVK, Nizamabad has celebrated International Women’s Day 2022 at Gram Panchayat, Akbarnagar village, Rudrur Mandal, Nizamabad district on 08 - 03- 2022 (Tuesday). The event was organized to honor womanhood and their capability in executing every fortunate role as a women- mother, daughter, officer, doctor etc., and a glimpse of discussions were held to recognise the contributions and significance of successful women in the recent context. To also bring out the motivation, an example of “ Lijjat Papad ” success in case of women empowerment as the foundation was based on equality among sister members irrespective of their financial and social position was explained to all the women who actively participated in the programme. As a part of the event, felicitation was done to a renowned women social worker named “Smt.Seethamma Garu” belonging to Akbarnagar village of Rudrur mandal, Nizamabad district.
