KVK, Palem organized Field day on high density planting system (HDPS) in Cotton at Nandivaddeman village, Bijinapally (M), Nagarkurnool (Dist.) on 11.10.2023. Field day organised at Sri.M.Shakher, farmer, Vaddeman village. He shared his experiences of growing HDPS cotton (Armitha) in 4.5 acres. Dr.T.Prabhakar Reddy (PC, KVK, Palem) explained about the concept of HDPS in Cotton and answered the queries raised by farmers on the topic. Dr.B.Rajashekhar (SMS, Extension) explained about possible crops which can be grown after Cotton and Paddy in the present situation. In this programme Dr.T.Prabhakar Reddy (PC, KVK, Palem), Dr.B.Rajashekhar (SMS, Extension), Sri.Narsimha Reddy (Sales Manager, Nuziveedu seeds) and 128 farmers were participated.
