KVK, Palem Scientists participated in a Workshop with stakeholders on one district one focus product programme (Millet & Oil palm) at IDOC, Collectorate, Mahaboobnagar (Dist.) on 17.10.2023

KVK, Palem organized Field day on High Density Planting System (HDPS) in Cotton at Cherla itikyala village, Tadur (M), Nagarkurnool (Dist.) on 16.10.2023. Demonstrated farmers shared their experiences of growing HDPS cotton (Armitha and Siri). Dr.B.Rajashekar (SMS, KVK, Palem) explained about the concept of HDPS in Cotton and answered the queries raised by farmers on the topic and also explained about possible crops which can be grown after Cotton and Paddy in the present situation. In this programme Dr.B.Rajashekhar (SMS, Extension), Sri.Narsimha Reddy (Sales Manager, Nuziveedu seeds) and 104 farmers were participated.
