KVK, Palem conducted Diagnostic field visit to Chilli, Cabbage, Bottle Gourd and Tomato fields at Vasanthapur (V), Bijinepally (M), Nagarkurnool (D) on 02.11.2024. Currently, the Chilli crop is at fruit formation stage and severely infested with Gemini & leaf curl virus, suggested roughing and spraying with Cyantraniliprole @ 0.45 ml/l and observed some area wilt damage, suggested to drenching of COC @3g per liter water or Trichoderma viride 3 gram per liter water to manage wilt complex 2 times at 5-6 days interval and spraying of 19.19.19@5g and micro nutri mix @ 5g/ L 2-3 times at weekly interval on the crop. Cabbage crop is at head formation stage and observed Spodoptera litera and DBM damage and suggested to spray with emmamectin benzoate @ 80-10 grams per acre where in Tomato flowering to fruit formation stage, observed leaf minor and pin worm incidence and suggested to spray chemical like emmamectin benzoate @80 -100 grams /acre with Azadirectin 1500 PPM @5 ml per liter water and micro nutri mix @ 5g/ L 2-3 times at weekly interval on the crop. In this visit Dr. T. Prabahakar Reddy, PC, KVK, Palem, Dr. B. Rajashekar, SMS(Agril. Extension), M. Ramakrishna SMS (CP) and 4 farmers were participated.
