KVK, Palem organized input distribution (CFLD oilseeds) and training Programme at Vaddeman village on 29-12-2020

KVK, Palem organized groundnut input distribution (Neem oil) under cluster front line demonstration for Rabi oilseeds sponsored by National Food Security Mission for the year 2020-21 at Vaddeman village on 29.12.2020. Smt. Pushpa Latha, Technical officer from Directorate of oil seed development (DOD), Hyderabad working under ministry of agriculture and farmers welfare inspected the groundnut CFLD fields and interacted with the farmers about technical issue in implementation. Dr.T. Prabhakar Reddy has discussed about nutrient management and gypsum application for higher nodulation, bio synthesis of oils, pod development and soil amelioration. Given tips to achieve the higher yield with cost technologies. SMS Crop Production K. Ramakrishna had given training programme on strategies for mitigating the low soil moisture conditions. Total 32 farmers were attended the programme at KVK, Palem from the village Nandi vaddeman, Bijinepally Mandal.
