KVK, Palem organized farmers (Kisan diaws) day at Sirasanagandla village on 23-12-2021

KVK, Palem organised FARMERS' DAY (Kisan Diwas) on 23-12-2020 at sirasanagandla village of charakonda mandal Nagarkurnool dist . In this program chaired by Sri.Venkateswarlu, District Agriculture Office, Nagarkurnool briefed about alternate crops to paddy in yasangi season and Government policies and Dr. T. Prabhakar Reddy, KVK, Palem programme coordinator firstly explained importance of Kisan Diwas on the eve of farmers day and later he stressed about importance of pulses and oil seed crops in yasangi season and it's management. Mr.M.Rajshekhar SMS(PP) explained about importance of timely practicing of plant protection manegement practices and its benefits and Mr.B.Rajashekar, SMS(AE) briefed about various information dissemination channels and sources etc. In this program Mandal Agriculture Officer, Chinna Hussain, PCAS chairperson, AEO Vamshi, gram sarpanch and village representatives and 76 farmers were participated.
