KVK, Palem conducted OFT Visit of Groundnut Value Addition (Method Demonstration on Ground nut cake based instant Chutney powder and ready to eat Laddu) at BAP-SHG Hall, Pedda Kothapally(V), Peddakothapalli (M), Nagarkurnool (D) on 22.10.2024. Demonstrated ground nut cake based value added products in the form of instant chutney and ready to eat Laddu. Need and importance of preprocessing steps and enlighted about the points to be considered while collecting ground nut cake. Highlighted about the Significance good packaging labelling and marketing. Educated the farmer importance of defatted Protein rich food products in day to day life. In this programme Mrs.E. Jyoshna SMS (H.Sc) & 15 SHG members were participated.
