Organizing Parthenium Awareness Week at KVK, Palem on 18-08-2021

The KVK, Palem, Nagarkurnool district has been organized awareness cum eradication programme on 18.087.2021 at KVK, Palem premises. On the eve of parthenium awareness week from 16th Aug to 22nd Aug, 2021. Dr. T. Prabhakar Reddy, Programme Coordinator, KVK, Palem explained about importance of parthenium awareness week and educated the farmers and general public about the harmful effects of Parthenium and ways of its management & Mr. B. Rajashekar, SMS (Extension) briefed about parthenium ill effects and methods of eradication of parthenium in open places and crop fields. In this programme both Teaching & Non-Teaching staff of KVK, Palem and 25 farmers were participated.
