KVK, Palem Scientist participated Training programme on Black Soldier Fly (BSF) farming and waste recycling process at College Farm, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad on 19.10.2023. Dr.A.Anitha, Dean of PG studies created awareness about BSFL breeding and waste recycling processes. Dr.G.Anitha, Associate Professor briefed about egg hatching, larvae rearing, waste decomposition and post processing of BSF technology. Visited BSF biorefinery unit located at college farm. In this Training Dr.V.Sudha Rani, Director of Extension, Dr.M V Ramana, Registrar, Dr.V.Anitha, PG Dean, teaching, extension and research staff from KVKs and Colleges of the University and total 47 members were participated.
