KVK, Palem conducted a Training programme on “Importance of Healthy food Habit inculcation“ at Palem village, Bijinepally mandal, Nagarkurnool dist on 11.09.2023. Mrs.E.Jyoshna, SMS(HSc) given a training on Importance of Healthy food Habit inculcation to the Rural Youth & Students. Explained about Growth and Development of the adolescence age group. Emphasized about the need and importance of nutrients, Functions and available Food Sources as per the local area resources. Suggested to take good nutrition and inculcate good food habits in order to achieve a healthy qualitative life. In this Training Mrs.E.Jyoshna, SMS(HSc), KVK, Palem, Mrs P. Vidya Rani principal, SVG A & S College, 9 Staff members and 167 students were participated.
