Regional Agricultural Research Station and Agricultural Polytechnic College, Polasa, Jagtial organized Mahaparinirwan Diwas of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar on 06.12.2021 at RARS, Polasa, Jagtial. In India, his death anniversary is observed as 'Mahaparinirvan Diwas' to honour his work and efforts to bring a change in the country. On this occasion Dr.M. Uma Devi, Associate Director of Research, RARS, Polasa, Jagtial offered floral tributes to Dr.B.R. Ambedkar by garlanding his photograph. A 12 mins YouTube video of life history of Dr. B. R Ambedkar was played during the programme. During this programme Dr.K. Sukumar, Agriculture polytechnic vice principal and scientists, non teaching staff of RARS and students of Agril polytechnic also paid floral tributes to the great leader, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar.
