National Level Campaign on Agriculture and Environment on 26-11-2021 at Govt. High School, Kotagiri

While addressing the students Dr. M. Swetha, SMS (Agril. Extn) enlightened the importance of the agriculture sector in GDP and economic growth of India. And also or oriented the school children towards opportunities in the agriculture sector and entrepreneurship and employment. in agriculture and allied sectors. Ms. B. Srilaxmi, SMS (Agro-Met) explained the present climate changes and their effects on agriculture. And also highlighted the employment scope of Agro-Met services for future generations in establishing eco-friendly farm activities. Sri. Galappa, School Head Master addressed the students about the importance of Agriculture allied sectors. A quiz competition was organized for the School students on Agriculture and Environment to encourage towards agriculture sector.
