NSS special camp activities taken up on 26-09-2019 pertaining to Agricultural College, Warangal

NSS unit of Agricultural College, Warangal is organizing NSS special camp at Gangadevipally villagae, Geesukonda mandal in Warangal (R) dist from 26.09.2019 to 02.10.2019. Inaugural session of NSS special camp was celebrated under the guidance of Dr. T. Ramesh, Associate Dean. Important dignitaries who graced the occasion included Dr. P. Jagan Mohan Rao, ADR, RARS, Warangal, Dr. K. Saralakumari, PC, KVK, Malyal, Dr. E. Srinivas, PC, DAATTC, Warangal, District Training Manager Sri. K. Rajamouli, Smt. K. Rajita, MPTC, Smt. G. Sreelatha, Vice-Sarpanh and teaching faculty. Village functionaries felt very happy for choosing their village for the NSS special camp. All the dignitaries addressed the gathering and motivated NSS volunteers for the selfless service. After speeches, program proceeded for the Haritha Haaram., NSS volunteers with the help of villagers, planted more than 200 different types of plants in various locations of the village. Afternoon, NSS unit organized a cultural and literary events for school children at the ZP High school in the village and distributed prizes to the winners. Dr. N. Hema Sarat Chandra and Dr. G. Swathi NSS program officers, teaching faculty of the college alongwith NSS volunteers successfully organised the entire session successfully.
